Luxe by Washington DC, FedEx Stadium and UMD

Deluxe Joy is located in the heart of the Washington DC , Maryland, Virginia Metropolitan area. We are 5 min drive from Washington DC & FedEx field. Close access to Route 50 and Beltway I 295 and I-495, Six flag and UMD.

The location is Metro bus accessible. There are shopping centers and fast food restaurants. It’s a quiet neighborhood.

It’s the main floor of the house with 1 king and two queen beds , a full kitchen and full bathroom. Parking is free. There is a work station of a desk and office chair.

Party is not allowed. Events are not allowed. No pets. No smoking in the house but plenty of spaces in the yard for smoking.

The house consist of a main floor which houses 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, a fully furnished kitchen, 3 room closets, a laundry room and a toilet and bathroom. There are televisions also. There is a basement or lower level which is not included in this listing. The lower level may be occupied or not during time of stay. The two are separate with different entrances and access. 

When booked, guest will access the house using the front door with discreet codes to a smart lock.

This is a quiet neighborhood, working class and  family oriented. Buses plow nearby streets to and fro Metro station.

Shopping centers and fast food joints are few minutes drive away. Some are walking distance.

We would want to get emphasize our House Rules before your upcoming stay

1) No party or event whatsoever. Guests will be asked to vacate the house with no refund.

2) No smoking in the house.

3) No pets allowed.

4) No extra guest beyond listings limit.

5) Quiet time is strictly at 10 pm

6) Maximum number of cars allowed during stay is 3.

7) No fighting or heated debates in the house.

8) No loud music. This is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

9) No content creation nor social media advertising. Such will be prosecuted.
